Can I book more than one certificate at the same time?+

Yes. Increase the quantity for each service you need and the booking summary will show the selected services and current estimate.

How are bedroom-based add-ons calculated?+

Fire Risk Assessment includes up to 3 bedrooms, then adds £50 per extra bedroom. Emergency Light Certificate adds £20 per extra bedroom above 3, and Fire/Smoke Alarm Certificate adds £10 per extra bedroom above 3.

How is PAT Testing priced?+

The booking fixture starts at £70 for up to 10 appliances, then adds £5 for each appliance above 10.

How is my booking confirmed?+

Your requested appointment date and time are subject to availability. We will confirm the booking arrangements after reviewing your request.

Can I change my booking details after submitting?+

Please contact us if you need to update your booking details. Changes to appointment arrangements are subject to availability.

What happens after I submit a booking request?+

The production workflow will create a booking request for review and confirmation. The requested date is a preference until attendance and availability are confirmed.
