Which landlord certificates can I book online?+
Standard certificate services include EICR, EPC, CP12, fire risk assessment, emergency-lighting inspection, fire/smoke alarm inspection and PAT testing. HMO packages and installation work use the quote route.
Do you cover all parts of London?+
We work across priority areas in East, Central, North, South and West London. Availability for a specific postcode is confirmed when you book or request a quote.
Can I arrange several services for one property?+
Yes. You can select multiple certificate services in one booking. For an HMO or a larger multi-service project, request an HMO or custom quote so the work can be coordinated.
Where are additional bedroom or appliance charges shown?+
Detailed add-on rules are shown and calculated on the booking page. The homepage only displays a starting price.
When will I receive a report or certificate?+
Digital documentation is supplied after the visit and processing, subject to the service outcome and any required checks.
Can you quote for remedial or installation work?+
Yes. Consumer units, rewiring, fire-alarm installation, emergency-lighting installation and other custom electrical work are handled through the Request a Quote route.
